Have torn apart 3 HEBs and 2 Wal-Marts looking for them. One asian grocery store had one variety but only a few packages and acted like I was crazy when I asked them if I could get them to order me a box.

Since you're willing to take a whole case of this, why not request it from HEB? When you have a UPC code and are willing to take a case of something if they don't want to stock it, you can request an item from there. Just ask the cashier for a request form and turn it in at the service desk after you fill it out.
I haven't spent much time looking at the noodles in the Asian foods section, but the 3 HEBs I know of that have the best selection of Asian foods are the store at Wurzbach and I-10, the Plus store at Blanco and 1604 and the Alon store at Wurzbach and NW Military.

Did you try Tim's Oriental Market on Bandera Road....I saw many varieties of noodles in the wild there.

Okay, Tim's has them. Just the "House Food" brand which isn't calorie free, and only two varieties. They're also more expensive than Asia Market ($1.99 vs $1.39). And they're not in the noodle section, fresh noodle section, or the tofu section. They're in a cooler by the registers. Go figure.
