Right after Disneyland. Which is directly following Trader Joe's, In n Out, and Ikea.
2nd Tuesday of next week. Is that a better answer?

Great another skyscraper thread by imaterry. Could the mods merge it with one of the others?

How can you introduce this forum to a cultural delight such as Porky J's one second, then lament about the lack of ugly high-rise buildings that would ruin the landscape of this beautiful city the next?
Cities that build these monstrosities are trying to make up for a lack of character, something San Antonio has been blessed with plenty.
Keep the San Antonio skyline unique, it doesn't need more metal and concrete to define it!

If this is a troll, I give it a "D." Fuel for the fire - I see the current lack of high-rise buildings to be a lack of character and boring.
It's all perspective...

Agree that it's all perspective, but I strongly disagree the lack of high-rise buildings a sign of lack of character and dullness. IMO, the city with insurmountable character based on architecture alone is Rome. There aren't many high rises there and surely none taller than what we have in San Antonio.
I would hate to see what would happen to our Riverwalk if it is surrounded by dense McSkyscraper development in yet another McDowntown.
