Been downtown latley. Ive noticed that they are working on the parking garage by the Weston. Are they converting that into office space or something else? Any info would help...heres a pic

That is actully the parking garage for the Drury Inn, I think on the top of the parking garage they are building a swimming pool.

Remodeling a parking garage to office space...that is a new one. Could you explain to me how you would have office space on sloped floors?

I think the garage is staying, they are just adding a pool to the roof for the Drury Inn.
Chase Bank has a drive up window on the ground floor of the garage.

easily.....u keep the flat straight party of each level then u cut out the ramps, re-crete the cuts out...maybe and more support pilars/beams and there ya go....hey its 2007....if we can go to space we can change a parking garage to office space dummy

its called a transfer slab.....used on in Las Vegas while building a 12 story building on top of a existing parking garage.

dont know what exactly they are doing but its rising, has tempory skin...like they're going to add a diff facade..any info....?
