Default who could sponsor for a working visa?

I am a teacher with a Master's Degree in Special Education, but my visa which is H4 doesn't allow me to work. I heard that there are lot of schools here who are in need of Special Ed teachers, but are they willing to sponsor a foreign teacher for a working visa? I hope I could find one...

Most school districts in San Antonio will NOT sponsor...there is a glut of qualified applicants (yes, even Spec Ed). In addition, they might come under fire for doing so...now if you had a very rare and desirable certification, they might.

Now, outside of San Antonio is probably different. The more remote, far-lying districts sometimes have trouble attracting qualified applicants...you might reach out to them.
