Default Alamo Ranch DR Horton

I am looking at buying a DR Horton home in Alamo Ranch in the premier plus series I am trying to get as close to the budget as I can get. Can someone give me an idea of their utility cost? I think they are pretty energy efficient. We usually keep our AC at 78 degrees, but are in an older home and smaller. Thanks!

Around $200 to $270 per month for us this summer but I work from home so have it on more often than many.
