Yes, I believe that a college offers more to a community than a strip club. That's why I said "I trust you" not "You can't possibly".

Strip club is a benefit to the neighborhood, property taxes and other taxes to fund NEISD.
Is a fast food restaurant a benefit to the neighbor hood.

Actually, with a jacked up truck, you can see more beauty on the roads than anything in a strip club..
