If this is an emergency call 911 and seek immediate attention,
do not drive yourself to ER - you will wait there whole day
if you arrive per ambulance - you will be seeing right away

If you can go to the clinic try:

CareLink
527 N Leona St
San Antonio, TX 78207-3110
(210) 358-3350

Hours and locations:

CareLink Locations & Hours, CareLink, University Health System, Hospital, San Antonio, Texas (http://www.universityhealthsystem.com/CareLink/carelink-locations.shtml - broken link)

Make sure you bring this: How Does CareLink Work?, CareLink, University Health System, Hospital, San Antonio, Texas (http://www.universityhealthsystem.com/CareLink/how-does-carelink-work.shtml#id - broken link)

United Way (http://www.unitedwaysatx.org/Pages/Help%20Line%20211.html - broken link)
Calling 211 or chat with a referral specialist. They also have a database online.
Off the top of my head, Barrio Comprehensive, Centro Med will charge you based on your income. They have prescription services as well. United Way can give you the phone numbers to them.
Good luck; please go ASAP because sometimes it can only get worse as time goes on.
