Default How can I get into Lackland?

I know the base as I deliver lots of Gravel, and Phalt there, but I was asking around if I could get in on my time, to take pics of my bird, in front of the birds they have on display, More importantly the SR71, but no one seemed to know where to direct me to.

TIA

Merovee is on a distinguished road
You might be attempting to solicit classified information so please call (210) 671-1110 for any questions you might have about the base. That is the base's publicly listed number from their website.

Well I already know the base, I used to deliver there when I was working for Coke, Labatt, and Now so The guards know me, but they still have to follow the rules.

I've seen where it is now. But, it used to be on display out near Military Drive next to Wilford Hall. Or between the static display planes in the little park area and Military drive. We have pics somewhere from back then. The B-52 has been moved from next to Kelly's main gate I believe also! If i can dig up photos I'll post them.

Visit your local USAF recruiter...sign a few papers and you are guaranteed to spend some time at Lackland.

Lackland has a ton of static display aircraft!

There is a BUFF at the Valley Hi gate airpark.

The SR-71 Blackbird is along Military Drive.

There is also a line of F-105 Thunderchiefs use to train security forces.

And of course all the static display aircraft (to include a B-58 Hustler ) on the old Kelly AFB (now Port San Antonio)!

We'll have fun looking at them! I always do!

Cheers! M2
