I love their pizza. I've only been once, but it was worth the drive, and I'll go back someday. The table next to us ordered one of the ginormous ones.....they still only make 8 slices out of it, so it's just silly watching them try to eat a slice that's bigger than their upper torso.

Big Lous is great. I think Goombas is better and Im heading to Austin today for business but am going to be getting a pizza to go from Home Slice, the hands down best pizza Ive ever had. The pizza itself is well worth the drive.

It's definitely good pizza, but it's just out the back of beyond from where I live. Sapore's is just as good (if not better...but not as big!) and it's close by.

Not far from me but Caparelli's used to be around the corner on Rigsby. Been years since I have been there and think they moved that one. Hard to believe anyone who's ever had one of those deep dish super-licious Pizza's could ever speak well of another!!

agreed....Used to go a lot to the Capparelli's on Pecan Valley and Goliad Rd. And the one on Rigsby was good especially after downing a few at Richter's Ice House....
