San Antonio will never catch up to Dallas in terms of corporate presence. Why do you think the salaries are generally higher in Dallas than SAs? The talents are getting their jobs in Dallas and Houston.

Unless you are in the medical field, military, or general construction, there will not be much professional opportunities here in SA compared to those cities.

But Dallas is still apart of the DFW metro which has over 6 million. S.A. would need a lot more to compete against Dallas, just as it would with Houston.
