I'm needing to store a car temporarily. Are there places in San Antonio that will store your car for a weekly or monthly fee? An auto storage lot of some sort? Would love feedback from those who have info. thanks..

There's a place on 151 and 410 (exit is 151). It's near a auto paint shop and its right at the intersection, across from the Home Depot. I dunno the name of the place but I see that its fenced up pretty well and there's all sorts of vehicles stored there (campers, cars, trucks, etc.) and I know you can rent a spot.

+1 my roomate used to have a moving van that he would store there since we lived on a not so great side of town. there were RV's, boats, and some classic muscle cars stored in there.

Airport security site says $2 daily, I wonder if there's a time limit i.e. no more than 2 months or something? I have a car unsure of what to do, parked at friend's house and she's needing driveway space for the holidays.

Hook her up with some cash and I think she may change her mind.

I believe most of these storage units around town have an area available for that. I kept a car in one in the late 70's. They store RV's and such...boats etc.

There is a lot over by Earl Abel's restaurant, at Austin Hwy & Seidel. If you turn off of Austin Hwy onto Seidel, it's over on the right, behind the laundromat. They used to do business out of one of those mailbox places in the same center, but I think it is now closed. The car storage lot is definitely still in operation. They have a trailer there with someone living on site. If I'm not mistaken about the mail drop place being closed, I'd imagine there is a phone number on the sign for the entrance.

I guess the most expedient answer to your problem would come if you stated what part of town you were located in.
