I am getting my house in Schertz area ready for sale. Yes, I know it's winter time and it's gonna be hard in this kind of weather. But trying to be optimistic, I hope the tax credit program will bring me some luck

Well, besides luck, I need one of the best selling agents in the area to help me. So if you know any trusting, hard working agent, please send their contact info my way. Or any selling experience/advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you and have a nice day

Despite all the "doom and gloom", houses ARE still selling and yes, the tax credit definitely helps. I'm sending you a dm with the info of a VERY experienced, EXCELLENT listing agent. I don't know if he's taking listings in Schertz, but give him a call. He knows his stuff!

Also, you'll likely get LOTS of dm's with recommendations. Interview several! Don't just go on one person's glowing rec. Ask them to specifically explain what they will do to market your home and what their strategy for pricing it will be. A "well priced" home doesn't necessarily equate to "priced low". Lots of variables.

Good luck!

oops! I forgot to add - the person I'm recommending has been a member on this forum for a few years. He's VERY helpful, and doesn't "advertise" his biz on here (doesn't even have the little "house" next to his screen name). He's very well respected here because he's earned it.
