I guess, you never visited big kitchen in a busy restaurant. I did. And I know that things happens... more often than you would like to know about it.

I remember when it was on San Pedro too next to the Wendy's. Wow that seems like such a long time ago. Also Mama's Cafe was on San Pedro too then it moved to 281 as well.

Yes ma'am, it was a long time ago hehe. I remember when Maggies was over across the street, too. There was a water slide back behind the Old San Francisco Steak House, too. Until the boy died there. Further up, 281 North was basically empty fields. And there was a restaurant called Aunt Julie's Kitchen, but I don't remember its exact location. Now there's a ton of places to eat.

Alamo Cafe has been around a long time and they have survived the test of time. I like their beef fajitas.

hehehe - my dear, a part of my living comes from commercial kitchens - so yeah, I know what goes on there. Which is why I doubted the intentional reuse of the salsa. Organized chaos is generally more the word - then again, when I see how most folks operate their food prep, I don't know why there's not more problems there, too!

Bottom line - yeah, there's a few places I'll never eat at - but by and large, most of 'em do okay.

Aunt Julie's Kitchen. I think there's an adult video store in that building now.

Nothing can beat those original locations of Mama's and Alamo cafe, and you cant forget the chili's behind Jim's.
