I know this is kind of a delayed response to your inquiry, but I am really excited to tell you that this building is now finally open for condominium sales. The Old Chancellor Building has transferred ownership and I am now in charge of sales in this building. The new owners have an exciting vision for this building. We are currently in the process of remodeling the whole first floor which we are sure future hmeowners will love. We have also set up a model unit which is open every day from 10:30 until 5:00 for viewing.
As you are probably aware the condo market has really caught on in San Antonio. With most of the condo construction taking place in downtown S.A., I really feel I have a big advantage beling located at Huebner and I-10. I have a huge market range of people who are really attracted to the area and the condo living lifestyle.
Please feel free to let me know if you would like to get a closer look at the new Four Oaks Tower development.
