He is really a nice guy once you get to know him. But he definitely has his own opinions. I can see where he would come across as rude or just not giving a crap.

He doesn't stop to think that there are people who have never been there before and don't know how their messed-up seating order is. I'm sure he's great to throw back a beer with, but he needs to work on his delivery.

Back to tip top. I love their food, however I get really frustrated with their non sensical seating order. Also, what's with the restroom being outside. Another good hole in the wall literally is Jimmy's Pizza off of East Fest. It's off of south Flores near st henrys church. Great family business and very reasonable prices

Garcia's on Fred at Woodlawn?? They still in business? They had the best Carne Guisada anywhere in the 70's. Christans had excellent tacos in the 70's and really super carne guisada!! Blanco Cafe used to have excellent Enchilada plates and Carne Guisada tacos.

Tip Top may have good food, but the hoops you have to go through just to get in makes me pass on the place. Although as crowded as that place gets what do they care.

I'm glad it's not just me that see this. It's strange, and the food isn't good enough to make me dyin' to go back. I can make that burger better at home and I don't have to go outside to pee.
