The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the newly opened Boiler Room on Hausman (across from the FBI building). Not many details.

The idiot was inside the bar with a gun, went outside in the parking lot.....pulled the gun and started firing ??? With off-duty LE pulling security in the parking lot ?? What did he expect was going to happen ??? Extremely poor judgement on his part.....

I didn't know they had opened another bar place over there at University Heights. Very interesting to have establishments like that in an office complex...

I would say the death was Alcohol and Gun related.

I've thought about checking that place out but I don't think I will feel inclined after this, talk about bad for a new business...

heres the video from that night. I was there and saw it all. they were not students i heard they were there for a bachelor party and which makes sense cause there was a big group of them.

Not only that but the guy on the news reported it all wrong the shooter did not shoot the other guy. the cop did. but i don't blame the cop cause they were about ready to attack the officers for shooting down the shooter.

I don't feel the cops were in the wrong but they should of reported it right.

Either way its a happy ending, one less idiot SA has to worry about. Imagine he does that where there are kids or family around?
