Is that the square of ( previously frozen) fish with mayo and bread crumbs on the top? Never had that either...

hhhhmmmmm...... specific to the original question ~ the 5 places that my family & I most often frequent would be:

1) The Cove
2) Green
3) Godai
4) Panda Express
5) Asia Kitchen (followed CLOSELY by Thai Hut)

My kids LOVE all of these places! (Although they'd prolly eat at McDonald's every day if I'd let them. Weeeeeeeelllll, maybe for a week or so. LOL!)

Me too! I like LUBYS, and they have all you can eat on many items now. Should really go more often.

All you can eat?? Don't know any location with all you can eat (Luby's)
food. I think that the portions continuously shrink, the prices are going up, and the food is more and more greasy.

The windcrest location was all you can eat, I think it still maybe. IMO that one is better than the traditional one at 410 and nacogdoches.

I think it still is, but I haven't been in a while. It was still like a regular LUBYS but you could get AYCE on most of the basic entrees and sides. The waitress would bring you seconds, or you could go back thru the line.

I always liked LUBYS fish, the fried and the baked, but I think they changed the recipe somehow over the years. Still like the fried chicken

Hmmmmmmmmm... no wonder! I never have been in that location. Is it fairly new?
