I guess the owner ran off all the vendors who sold counterfeit designer hand bags. I also noticed that the car wash adjacent to the flea market has been razed. Does anyone know if something will be built in its place?

It will be some kind of project to control flooding. A water detention pond or whatever they are officially called.

Not sure about the car wash itself though.
