I have not seen that um, stuff, since I left Virginia (thankfully!).....I think that is a real Southern thing but someone may be able to tell you where some is. I've definitely never seen it at any of the local stores.

I think I've seen it in the frozen food (where the frozen breakfast section is) section at HEB.

Used to eat it when I lived in DC. I've seen it and bought it here in SA. My local HEB's don't carry it, but go to HEB Central Market in Alamo Heights. There is a frozen food case right across the butcher shop and you'll find it there. Expect to pay a little more for that 1 lb "brick" than we used to pay at Giant we enjoyed up there. You'll also find other frozen "delicacies" there.

Let us know if you find it.

Well, wikipedia lists it as a regional favorite from the Mid-Atlantic states--guess Virginia would be included, but I assumed it was a Southern delicacy.....but any product that proudly boasts that it is "every part from the pig except the oink!" is NOT going on my plate.

Oh, I miss it. My dad was from PA and he used to cook it often. I have seen it in the freezer section, I believe it's by a company called "Jones".

Too bad Central doesn't have it any more. I may still have one left in my upright freezer, need to check tomorrow. By the way I think it is Jones brand.
