Hello LT,

Here is the link to a handy website that provides info on the house values and sales by street, subdivision, and name. It might give you an idea on what the neighborhood is like.

Just FYI--I looked up my house on the house almanac and noticed that it uses last year's BCAD info. We are not even showing as the owners--the previous owner is. It's still decent info, just not the latest info.

Oh--about Dreamland Oaks--isn't there a train track that runs right through there? That may be an issue for some--trains are kinda noisy! I know when I lived off Wurzbach Parkway and Blanco the airplanes flying overhead made it impossible to have a phone conversation inside my apartment. They were LOUD!! I would have to wait a couple of minutes to finish my sentence.
