Bill Miller's Laguna Madre Seafood Co. is open on 410 and Rigsby at the old Barnacle Bills location. Nice Paint Job and Neon Sign. Passed by at lunch time, the parking lot was totally packed.

Interesting! Laguna Madre is the bay at South Padre island in the valley. Hugely underrated place to fish. We do need more seafood places here.

There are a few posts about this in the restaurant opening thread.

hmmmm seafood in the desert? UGH!!! In my honest opinion you will not find good seafood here locally, the gulf water is something else. Especially the farm raised stuff it has a salty taste to it.

the only thing that comes decent (and I have consumed both coasts seafood) is that buccaners restaurant on WW White road.

How does one get invited to future Jason Dady events? I am a big fan and would have LOVED that event.

Considering the wreckage of humanity that the regular priced CiCi's buffet pulled in I can't imagine what the 3.99 crowd will look like!
