I'll be moving to SA in about 30-45 days and need a 2+1 in the Leon Valley/Medical Center Area. Can anyone suggest a great building that you've lived in that would rent for about $800 max? Also, has anyone used The Apartment Guy Online and do you recommend their service?

I used his service, and do not recommend! Started out good, then during our "free" move the movers (which The Apartment Guy is a part owner of that company too) took their time. They took smoke breaks and were very slow, we were amazed at how slow they were! It took them 4 hours to load the truck, the move should have been done in under 4 hours total. When we get to the new apartment they tell me that it is taking too long and are going to have to charge me to unload the truck! NOW THEY HAVE ALL OF OUR POSSESSIONS ON THIER TRUCK AND WANT US TO PAY TO UNLOAD IT! After arguing with Eric Sheetz about the free move I had to pay $120 to get them to unload the truck. To top it off my girlfriend and I had to help! IT WAS A SETUP!!! AFTER GETTING TO THE NEW APARTMENT THEY TELL YOU THE FREE MOVE IS ONLY FOR 2 HOURS OF MOVING AND YOU HAVE TO COVER THE REST OF THE TIME AT $69 AN HOUR! They wanted almost $400 to complete the move. Should have taken the $200 and found my own movers! Watch out for this guy!
