Does anyone have a recommendation for real estate attorney or broker who does FSBO contracts. I already have a buyer, so I don't need any kind of real estate listing help. I sold by owner in Ohio through an attorney and it worked out great! Thanks

Just look up Real Estate Attorneys, and call around and get quotes for the job, then go with the one that sounds straight. You can usually tell by talking with them who that is - the cheapest usually is "forgetting" about some of the fees, which the mid-range ones will include because they ARE being honest. Be very specific about what you want - which is a price to perform ALL necessary work, including filing, etc.

Title companies have attorneys; you could take care of title insurance and everything all in one location. I like Chicago Title on E. Mulberry (in SA). They're honest, professional, knowledgeable. As you can see I'm a broker; I have quite a bit of experience with them.

I'm sending you a DM about the actual contract.

Thanks, turns out my buyers have sold by owner and they just used a Title company to seal the deal. We decided we would still use an attorney just to protect ourselves and we spoke to one that has a flat rate.
