Does anyone know of a good Korean market in San Antonio? Maybe an Asian grocery store would have what I'm looking for?

I am trying to make some Korean dishes for Lunar New Year. I am trying to find rice cakes (not the dry kind that you find in HEB, for those of you who don't know what they are). I used to have a grocery store where I used to live who sold them in the frozen food section. Does anyone know where I can find these? Thanks!

I don't, but I will ask DH. One of his co-workers is married to a super sweet Korean lady. I bet she knows...! Of course you might get a faster response from someone else here LOL!!

Try "Korean Market" on Rittiman and 410.
I went there, and they have a descent size market

Hung Fong Grocery on Remount (east of 35, between Eisenhower and Rittiman) has great selection of most asian cuisines.

Did you mean Rittiman & 35? Rittiman doesn't run in to 410.

Did you try Tim's Oriental Market on Bandera? They seem to have some of everything in there.....it's not that big but it's FULL. It's on Bandera between Huebner and Eckhert.....on the right if you're headed towards 1604.

I35 becomes 410 South around that area. So, depending on how you look at it; yeah, I35 & Rittiman.
