Smile Coming back Friday - Hows the weather?

I'm SO excited to be coming back to San Antonio this weekend! I'm only gonna be there to be moving storage back to FL but still excited nonetheless. FL is not the dream place I imagined it would be when I went into a heated RANT about San Antonio last summer. Lol I apologize. SA's weather that summer was getting to me! I thought I was gonna die from the heat if I stayed any longer! But turns out, FL is still full of the same crap it was when I left. It hasn't changed. But good news, got a house, started a new life, etc. It's good where were at. I like it.

But I can't believe I actually miss Texas! I never thought I would! I was convinced I hated TX after the summer debacle. But now I am remembering all the good people I met and what I absolutely LOVED about San Antonio was the atmosphere of the city! I don't know - but - I've always felt there was ALWAYS something going on in the city. It's one of the reasons I didn't feel any remorse about FL when I first got here. San Antonio was way more progressive and liberal and exciting than half the cities I lived in back in FL.

Daang I write alot! Anyway, I was just wondering about the weather? How's it been? Is it gonna be really cold and cracked out like Dallas or gonna get hot and sweaty like Phoenix in the afternoon? So should I bring a jacket with me or shorts or what?

This winter has been colder than normal and wetter than normal. Lately we've had a day or two per week of rain and a day or two per week of highs in the 40s. I'd definitely recommend checking a weather forecast before you pack, to find out whether one of those days is happening during your visit.

The grass is dormant, like it is every year at this time. The weather can be described as the dead opposite of what it was last summer. I've actually been a little cold on a few days and that is saying a lot because it rarely happens here. I also was getting mad at the mud yesterday while at one of the shooting ranges and that definitely was not the case this past summer.

so how long did it take you to start hating on florida? If I had to give each state a number with 1 being best and 50 the worst, florida would be an easy 50. It is everything awful in this world to the power of a million.

Lmao. It took me about a month for me to notice!! Cause Boynton Beach was nice. It's really built up and there's green manicured lawns EVERYWHERE. But I started watching the news and that's when I got a reality check.

Going down to 29 tonight. Guess this'll be one of those cold nights I mentioned before.
