And would it have listings in Boerne, Canyon Lake and possibly Wimberley?

Please advise.

Sorry, only sites unaffiliated with a particular realtor/realtors can be posted. Please respond via PM for sites that are affiliated.

Thanks!

SABOR - which is the San Antonio Board of Realtors website lists MYSA.com and REALTOR.com as the sites they recommend for the public. There are more selections, but the other portions of their system are limited to realtors. I would think that the sites they recommend would be the best, but I could be wrong.

I have my own favorite website for searching, but can't post it here for fear of breaking the rules.

Oh shoot, sorry! I was trying to point out a site that I found particularly useful in terms of handling ALL realty company-handled listings, not just that particular agency. But ok, learned my lesson....

I wish there was a site that would email me an alert whenever a property goes into the MLS from one of the streets in my neighborhood. It's not worth bothering a realtor, because I'm not in the market to buy another house. I just want to keep track of the market to see whether BCAD's appraised value of my property reflects reality.

The closest I can get to my wish seems to be the mysa site, which will email an alert every time something goes on the market in my zip code with a specific number of bedrooms in a certain price range. Since the houses in my neighborhood all have 3-5 bedrooms, I have to use 3 searches to accomplish this and I will still get a lot of chaff from outside the neighborhood.

And I did check it out. Unfortunately that site doesn't include my <10 year old neighborhood in the list of subdivisions for which it can send out alerts.
