Tampa is notorious for obvious reasons

Anyways, I'm totally not surprised that San Antonio is on the the top 10

Sorry Nick, post a link or this is BS! I Google'd '2010 Road Rage Capitals' and didn't find this list or any one with San Antonio on it!

Plus, all southern cities, that makes me suspicious! Anyone who has driven in the DC or NY areas knows how bad drivers are there, and according to this 2009 survey, NY was on the top of the list!

EDIT: I see Elnina found this was a list from 1999!

Cool find. I found this of interest:

"Numerous studies have documented the stress inherent in driving, especially in sprawling urban environments. One study examined stress levels of 600 nurses and found that those commuting by car exhibited much higher levels of stress than those traveling by transit when commute times were equal. If the ultimate aim is to reduce stress, then taking the train might do more good than all the anger management classes in the world. Many Americans already recognize this: in a nationwide survey of transit users, 59 percent said they take the bus or train in order to avoid stress. "

I'm taking a defensive driving course (got a ticket around Christmas time--first one, aye!) and that list was one of the questions on the exam!
