Anyone know anything about this neighborhood? Is it a good area? Are the homes nice and well kept, or your basic "inexpensive" neighborhood that the owners don't do much extra to make their homes look nice?

I've never driven through the neighborhood - just past it on Braesview.

There are a lot of apartments around the neighborhood, which would be a turnoff for me. It is a KB development and KB doesn't have the best reputation as a home builder (though I know several people that are very happy with their KB Homes).

The best thing to do is probably to drive around it and decide if it looks like somewhere you'd like to live.

There are a lot of rental homes in there--they were bought up in 5's and 6's when the neighborhood was being built. The general neighborhood is decent, but there are lots of apts. surrounding the subdivision, some not so nice--especially further up near Patricia Avenue.
