Good luck on your flower hunt!
how many flies did you get with your chicken fried steak? I hope they have that problem fixed now...

Dang, I didn't get any flies... but it's been over a year since I ate there. The "large" steak was average, at best, and the portions of everything else were tiny. Johnson City is an odd place. They have a DQ, of course. I have often wondered how well a McDonald's would do there....

I'm watching my bluebonnet seeds, should finish germinating any day now...

I saw a few blooming on vacant land in the I-10 & 1604 area. You have to stop and look around somewhere because there aren't usually enough of them blooming to see them while driving by.

Default Where are the Bluebells???

I'd like to take my family for a drive this weekend to get some photos among the Bluebonnets. Where is the best place to see them?

Yesterday, I saw several patches of bluebonnets along Starcrest Dr. north of the airport.

I saw some on my run today! Not enough for a photo op, but enough to make a Texan smile.
