thanks for posting that info. Man of us who live that way are anxiously awaiting some solutions. While I don't think this will be sufficient for the long term, I think it will help in the short term.

How can they do a groundbreaking without getting hit by a speeding car? i stay away from that area. I hope the changes help the people who have to deal with it on a daily basis.
