Don't hold your breath. There hasn't been any rain in my North Central neighborhood today. The radar shows it is moving south to north, but staying east of 281.

It poured at SW Military/Zarzamora about an hour ago...lasted about 25 minutes.

Quite the pleasant surprise! Having the Gulf of Mexico a couple hours of way certainly has it's benefits. We're getting some streamer showers relieve us from the intense heat.

Unfortunately, it's not gonna do much for our drought because of the light and scattered nature. But, we'll take anything we can get.
