We've had a little over 3 inches here in Seguin. Anyone know what the Aquifer level is? Hopefully it might be close to 670. I remember back in late 80's when it was close to 700. All of the springs were going blazes!

667.1' as of today (20 Nov), according to San Antonio Water System: Aquifer Level.

We've had an inch here in the Helotes area. I emptied the rain gauges because I thought we were done; but now it's raining again! This has been a nice, steady rain!

Computer models hinting at the first arctic blast of the season next week. It'll surely be cold enough to support snow... and there may be enough moisture that we do in fact see a few flakes.

I woke up this morning, and it was raining hard outside. Then when I got to work, it was windy and quite a bit cooler. Yet another fall cold front!

I predicted this at work yesterday and saw it on the KENS 5 and 6 PM news yesterday. Precipitation + temps in the 30's next week = at least one local weather guesser mentioning freezing precipitation. He only said sleet yesterday, but I know the mentioning of snow can't be far behind.. I wish it would happen, but I know it won't. That won't stop them from hyping it up, though, and the city will cover the roads in sand and rocks.
