Came out of a work conference I was in all day downtown and could not believe how toasty it was! It would be perfect if we could just get some rain! I have not forgotten what a lousy winter we had, so I don't mind the warmth at all! Just needs rain....

108 sounds enticing, but Laredo still gets cold in the winter. I want 90s every day of the year with lows around 80 or so. That would be ideal.

BTW, anything below around 75 is now considered cold..

I am not looking forward to this summer. I'm afraid my employees are going to get heat exhaustion or heat stroke because the top people are dragging their feet on replacing our air conditioner. It's normally 10 degrees hotter inside than it is outside because the building is nothing but glass and metal.

Need Anthony back here so he can explain all this crazy wind. I don't ever remember it being this windy. I used to complain that there wasn't enough wind to ease the heat, but this year it seems to be windy every day and they are strong winds too. Just last night I was having to lean into the wind while riding home after 8 PM. Not fun to do either because it will suddenly stop, but you're still leaning into it...

It was just as windy last year, too. I remember because I got my pilot ticket during the windiest days of the year. Something you never forget...

I don't remember that, but I'll take your word for it. Maybe I just notice it more now because I don't like it at all.
