very VERY little rain in 78209. i hit more rain on my way back from converse than my neighborhood saw.

on a positive note, theyre about to start renovating broadway

now, if they could only demolish those undesirable areas north of new braunfuls st. (where thankfully i dont live.. its a mini-ghetto there), we'd be in business

Guess my street was the only one that got nailed. We had two nice rivers running down the street and it rained for at least a half hour or so. I'll take it
