Default Power outages and lighted intersections

Please be careful out there today. I just dropped the kids off at school and folks were ignoring the 4 way stop rule at the intersection in front of the school where the lights were out.

I am telling ya, it was NO fun driving home last night, and I AM USED to drive in bad weather.
Drainage is a problem. Even on highway....

35IH Downtown lower level closed d/t water. Traffic build up. Very long delay.
