FIRST CALL:

All indications are that it will get cold enough for the snow to accumulate in San Antonio and the rest of South-Central Texas. Wintry precip could mix in as far south as just north of the Laredo to Corpus Christi line.

Across San Antonio and the Hill Country, 2 to 4 inches of snowfall is possible beginning Friday afternoon and lasting through the evening.

Snow should begin in the afternoon and last through the evening and possibly into the overnight hours. That's why I'm forecasting accumulations
