I have been stuck in a just recently open 410 hwy even before you exit from 281 going west, it took 45 min to an hour to get to McCullough! jajaja unbelievable! Thats why 410 was under construction to extend the hwy for a better commute.

You are right! I have everything that I need in this area AH, so I do avoid the driving around! And of course we have terrible drivers in the SA and most of those terrible drivers live on that area. Hey is my 2 cts!
Have a good one!

Oh no, the extension of the River Walk all the way to the San Antonio Zoo is gonna make areas like Broadway & Mulberry as an example to improve for better looking streets and gorgeous neighborhood.
There is not way that area is going down is gonna become better and better! The construction of the River walk have reached the golf course by the Branckenbridge Park already.
Is gonna be awesome, I can't wait for that project to come to an end!

Wow, someone truly interested in demographics! But hiw did you figure out where all the bad drivers live? Did you pass a survey around , or just roll down a window and ask "excuse me, but your driving is really poor. Do you mind telling me your zip code?"

Regarding Stone Oak traffic, the Blanco Road construction should be finished this summer. Once the new, wider Blanco opens up, traffic will not be a problem.

jajaja oh no!

I go to pick up my stepson every weekend and I have to drive from AH to 1604 and Blanco, and is not a very nice experience.

Jajaja, how silly, but thats a good idea

AH all the way if you are looking for an investment. Just compare home appreciation for the two areas and you will see why.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Although if you believe that prices will continue to soar past $200 / sq ft feel free. I don't foresee a crash, rather a slowing of appreciation.

IMO there are much better areas for investment - some of the other near-downtown regions that are starting to see revitalization or have some other positive feature such as location, view or architecture have potential for a better ROR.
