What did you tell the locator you were looking for? I've dealt with apt. locators over the years and it's much like anything else.....garbage in, garbage out. You tell them what you are looking for and they narrow down your choices. Not saying your locator is a good one, but seriously, they want to send you to a place where you will hopefully sign a lease...that's how they get paid. There may have been a price range or amenity requested or something that made him/her recommend that place.

I can't afford expensive places like stone oak. I would love to have that kind of money. I am needing a 3 bedroom and have to stay under 900 a month. I will only be there for a year and then will buy a house. I figured that there would be varied opinions.
