Landscaping and sidewalk-work are still in progress.

(There was a huge rush to meet the opening deadline for the shopping center... and so they put their whole attention towards the main structure itself instead of the details surrounding it.)

Parking lot will be much improved after the old BX is torn down for more spaces.
