you need to help narrow the area down by telling the class what area of town you will be working in, flying out from, or commuting to......or what area will require you to be there and when

there are a million places in any area S, N, W, or E of SA outside of 1604 and maybe a few left inside of 1604 that meet your criteria so far

you will pay more up north, but have more features and trees, least probably down south, but more potential for salvage yards or industrial popping up, west will be much drier with more features, and east will be wetter but less features

you going to have a cow, horse, or a goat?...chickens.....want to run a tractor and make a lil' hay......or shoot a few deer off the scrub...or be 30 minutes from starting the less crowded parts of the hill country

price?

acres wanted

well and septic or water and sewer

fully developed or totally raw

Will be working around Lackland so at the most 35min drive to work need high speed internet for my girls job. Would prefer newer housing with county water, would like .5 acres or more, as for the deer now that I would like deer jerky is always good. But also figure might end up getting a rental the first year so need to find someplace that allows dogs since have two.
