I know you can pretty much find bourbon chicken in most of the malls in San Antonio but I would like a sit down restaurant that offers amazing bourbon chicken. Anyone know of any?

I have only seen Bourbon Chicken at the Asian mall food court places, I think they may have "invented" it. It is unbreaded chicken pieces with a modified teriyaki type sauce. Pretty tasty!

Not quite what you asked for, but might meet the need just the same... the frozen food section at Costco has bags of Bourbon Chicken.

Yes, and they have a coupon in the latest coupon book. I haven't tried it. I went to Costco last week with my coupons but I couldn't find the Bourbon Chicken so I figured it just wasn't meant to be.

You might also google for "copycat" restaurant recipes. Should be a pretty easy sauce, great for grilling
