The land value has increase 5x's the value of five years ago, but the improvements are less than 2/3's of the value in 2003.
It's possible it is involved in an estate dissolution and was neglected for sometime.....from the looks of the yummy green slimy swimming pool.
(Hope I have the right property!)

Woman Hollering Creek
RE: Woman Hollering Creek.....most people don't know that this is the same water source that runs through the Randolph AFB Golf Course and out the tail end of the Air Force Base to the South. WH Creek crosses FM1518 and down across I-10 on the way to Seguin.

Would be nice to see it up close, from the pics from maps.live.com it appears to be quite an interesting place!
Cheers! M2

Great pics major. I read about the history of the name Von Ormy some time back. Don't recall reading about the castle. Interesting! I used to run around Lytle , Von Ormy, and Devine in my younger days.

Ok...the map link I sent is interactive. Put your cursor on it and move it down to the location you are talking about. When you find it, center it on the property. In upper right above the map window it says "Share". Click on that and then click on the choice that says "save to clipboard". Come back here and post that link. Describe what you're posting because the "link" will say "it's not compatible with your browser". Just ignor that.
I'll see if I can find some info on the property you are talking about.

I wonder who or what the CJ on the gate stands for....
The property must be in bad shape for the county to reduce the taxes so much. Found this on Bexar CAD Property Search:
2008 $139,930
2007 $346,133
