Pretty much everything you listed is urban legend. You may be surprised what is haunted or not. Check out some of the local paranormal group's websites

I had a friend who lived in a house on Lively street just off of west avenue. He swore it was haunted. Strange things would happen all the time. He said one day he came home and parked his car on the street in front of his house. He got out of his car and a woman pulled up beside him. He looked up at her to see what she wanted and out of the bue she asked him "Is this house haunted?" He was quite taken back by this question since he knew that it was. He looked down to put his key in the lock on his car door and was thinking of a response. When he looked up she was gone. Car and all. He never heard her pull away. Pretty strange.

The Emily Morgan and the Alamo are supposed to be haunted. I think there is some pretty good accounts of it. I'm not much into ghosts so I don't know specifics, I'm sure you can find it online. The ghost tracks have been completely debunked down to the fact there was never a bus hit on that road. I've been to the front of Midgit Mansion but was too wimpy to get out of the car. What about the Fat Farm (had a friend get married there--seriously!) and that area somewhere around 1604/Judson I heard had all the Satanic writing and stuff. Anyone know about those?

That was Comanche Hill before it became a state park. Way back in the day, there were a couple of towers, a small house with a basement and a decent-sized concrete circle on the top. We used to hike up there every Thanksgiving while our turkey was cooking and there was never anything creepy to see. A friend of ours lived in one of the first houses at the base of the hill and said she used to see odd things there, people in black robes climbing the hill, and a few times slaughtered pets left on her doorstep. I was a little kid at the time but there was a big fuss about satanic happenings in the stone circle.

Eventually, they knocked down the stone house and the tower that was in poorer repair, and broke up the stone circle. They left one tower, and later on a fence was added around it.

In the 90's people would off-road there, and lots of people would drive up to the top of the hill to drink and hang out. I think all of that stopped when it became a state park.

You mean a city park, right?

When I lived in the area in the mid 90's a group of friends and I got busted by the cops for being there after dark, and they told us it was a state park now and closed at dusk. (They were't very nice to us, they kept their guns pointed at us and made us pull up our shirts to show that we had no weapons and kept insisting we must be members of a militia.) There also used to be a park ranger up there, not the same uniform that the city park rangers wore (back before they changed their name to park police). I remember him having a horse but the trails would have been pretty difficult for a horse, so I don't know...my teenage adventures with Comanche Hill always involved a fair amount of alcohol
