The condos will be part of the hotel. Also there will be condos (not highrise) along man made lakes as part of the overall Rim project.

Does the recent decision regarding Camp Bullis (where the Rim developer agreed to scale back some of the development and do an environmental study) have any effect on this project? Also, there is a 3 or 4 story building behind Bass Pro that looks to be under construction. Is that a different hotel?

Another nice alternative to these pricey condos could be the new Four Oaks Tower Condos. They are very conveniently located at Huebner and I-10. They have just opened up and a nice model is available for viewing,
