Does anyone know what type of place this is? Can regular people just go and dump trash there? If so, how does that work and what is the charge? I happen to have a lot of overflow trash from spring cleaning and new things. My once a week pickup is not enough and I already used one of my extra pickups this year . I need to find a place where I can go dump trash when we have overflow. It doesn't happen that often but I have no clue what do when it does!

I don't think you can just go and dump trash for free. If you live in the city, call 311 and ask.

Default trash that they take and do not take

They take trash as long as it has no hazardous waste; grass clippings; tree branches.
They will take bagged tilled dirt and grass/weeds.
