Bandera River Ranch
Due to a transfer, we are shopping the area for future residence. We drove through Bandera River Ranch this week and really liked the area...big yards, nice homes, wildlife, country feel, etc. but the drive to work may be too much. Helotes seemed very nice (and close to work). Are there any neighborhoods comparable to Bandera River Ranch closer to Helotes or surrounding areas? We are looking to rent for a year and then either buy a house or buy property and build in the area. We have a 3rd grader so schools are very important to us as well. Any insight on neighborhoods with a country feel would be much appreciated.
