Moving from Puerto Rico to San Antonio later in 20-06 (Lackland AFB: apartments, houses)

Hello my friends,i'm a truckdriver an i interesting to live in San Antonio.I want to know about the taxes,rent houses or apartments and schools.I now somethings of the city,because,my wife take her training in Lackland AFB in 1990,and told me that the city is beautifull.Also i want to make new friends in the area,thanks a lot.

You might have your wife check this link for US gov jobs in SA.

Also, depending what here AFSC was, she might try local contractors that work for the government (a Security Clearance is a plus).

The taxes in Texas are pretty low and their are no income taxes.
