We just got our power back at 10 and De Zavala. It was out for about 2 hours. Fingers crossed it stays on.

Yeah, it was out about that long at 1604 and Bandera, and just flickered again. Please stay on!

That was crazy...traffic lights were out at 281 and 1604. Not a good intersection to be lacking directional signals....and several of my friends roofs were damaged/removed.

I watched a 20-foot oak limb come crashing down in my neighbor's yard. I was surprised by how fast the winds picked up. It went from calm to hurricane in a few seconds.

Power's back in Deerfield. I think it came back about a half hour ago, but just got around to posting it.

My yard looks terrible - big tree limbs everywhere (I have eight old pecan trees here ). Hopefully my roof is ok. It is to late to look for the damage. No power outage. All calm now

Power JUST came back on in Oakwell Farms. Everyone around us had their power come on about 1/2 hour after the storm, but our apartment complex didn't come on until just now.

Our power finally came on around 1:45 a.m. It's been out since 8 p.m. Not much rain out of this one, but it did blow down part of our fence and some branches out of the trees in the back yard. I guess I'll know more when I go outside tomorrow.
I hope the high school kids were able to study for their finals tomorrow...uh, make that today!
