I believe those are the ones across from the baseball field by Sterling Ave. I used to deliver pizza there. It's generally working class in there but occasionally a bad apple will pop up. I don't think you have too much to worry about though, it's pretty secure if I remember correctly and the neighborhood isn't too bad.

Hi Dreamfollower,
I'm not sure why you are asking,but, these are older units so make sure you have the heat/ac system checked out really well and look and smell under the sinks for evidence of leaks and bugs! If you are buying, make sure you have a thorough home inspection that includes the exterior and roof for the house and garage if accessible. I'm sure there is some diversity in the neighborhood as expected.
