Does anyone know of any good personal injury attorneys in the Rancho Cucamonga or nearby areas? I need someone who doesn't require any money unless the case is won. I strongly believe I've got a case that's a sure thing.

Thanks!

If it is related to a car accident, don't waste your money. 95% of lawyers settle with insurance companies so they don't have to go to court. Anyone can do what they do.

It happend to my dad. Unfortunately, if we weren't there in the first place, the fall would have never happened.

Was he seen at the ER as a result of of the fall? What are his injuries? It depends on the injury as to what if anything he will get. Did you try to settle with the hospital? You can do that you know! You can get it settled yourself, that way you don't have pay an attorney. Unless your father has severe injuries, he will not get very much after a lawyer takes their cut..about 33% in CA,

The only sure thing is death & taxes. Try handling the case yourself to avoid paying the lawyer 1/3 of the settlement minus the med bills.

I won't end up going through a lawyer who'll take their big cut anyway. I'll be able to settle it through the facility itself. They're sending the paperwork to be filled out.

Something bad happened! Someone must pay!

This attitude makes me sick.
